What’s in today’s juice?

It’s hot out and I want something a little less heavy than my go to beet juice, I want cooling, refreshing and light. This juice is invigorating with a little spice to help keep you vital on both a physical and cellular level.

Instructions
  1. Juice one item at a time, once finished enjoy immediately as juice states to lose the vitality and nutrients within minutes of juicing.
  2. Use only organic produce, this ensures you limit the amount of toxins entering into the bloodstream. Remember juicing is a way to get the nutrients quickly into the system and this means pesticides as well if they are present.
Recipe Notes

Drink  it up as quick as you can, the faster you drink the higher the nutrient count will be.  For a variation you can always add ice to this and create a smoothie, even substitute the apples for pineapple.
