Coursesalads, Sides Ingredients 1 Organic Beet or however many your recipe requires olive oil tin foil Servings: Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F Scrub the beet(s), remove the stem and leaves. You can use red or gold for this, personal preference, Lightly coat the beets with olive oil, wrap in tinfoil and place on baking sheet in the oven. Roavstuntil cooked through, around 45 minutes, larger beets may take 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool at least 10 min. Remove the foil and using a paper towel (this makes it easier) gently wipe off the skin. It should come right off. You can then slice the beet(s) into whatever size pieces you require.
