Creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. This is a nice change of taste from the ever popular almond milk.

Ingredients
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions or your own personal preference.
  2. Once cooked and cooled a bit you can add the quinoa and water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. train the blended quinoa with either cheesecloth or a strainer. You want to get all the lumps out.
  4. Pour the quinoa milk back into the blender and add the cinnamon, dates and vanilla. Blend again.
  5. Store in the fridge, keeps for about 3-4 days.
Recipe Notes

Want a variation? Try sprouted quinoa instead of cooking it. Just soak the quinoa overnight to sprout it and make the milk from that. no need to cook it.

Special thanks to Kris Carr for this recipe.  You can drink this alone or add it to whichever dish you like. Be creative!
