  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash the kale and dry thoroughly. You can use a towel or paper towels for this.
  3. Pull the leaves off the stem (the centre ribs) of the larger pieces and set aside
  4. In a small mixing bowl add the nut butter, oil, spices and slat. Mix
  5. Add the kale leaves to the mixture and massage with your hands to ensure they are even covered. You want to make sure none of the leaves are over coated, drenched leaves will be harder to bake evenly.
  6. Lay the kale leaves our flat o a baking sheet, you mayweed more than one sheet. Don't overlap them or you will not get even cooking.
  7. Bake for 10min or until crisp. If 10 min is not enough go back every 2 minutes and check. You want them crisp but still green.
  8. You can remove the crispy ones and continue to bake the flimsy moist ones if necessary.
  9. Store these in an air tight container.
