In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except celery and onion. Mix well
Blend all ingredients until as smooth as possible.
Mix in the onion and celery by hand.
Form into loaf shape on a dehydrator tray or you can use the oven. Use unbleached parchment paper underneath. If in a dehydrator keep it there o low over night. If using the oven use the lowest temperature and keep an eye on it. You may want to bring the time down to 4 hours and then check.
Once the loaf is finished, add the "ketchup" and dehydrate for another 2-3 hours in a dehydrator or an hour in the oven on the lowest setting.
slice and serve
In a blender combine all the ingredients or the ketchup. Blend well and season to taste.
Celery powder is made by dehydrating celery then grinding it to a powder in a spice grinder or dry blender. I prefer to make my own rather than store bought, less toxic junk. If you can't do this then make sure it is MSG free.
