You want this to be nice and smooth so blend a little longer if necessary. Feel free to add in or take away anything that doesn't appeal to your taste buds.  Adding wheatgrass is a definite energy boost along with mental clarity. Throw the maca powder in the mix and you get a whole lot of stamina and punch. I like to add some sprouts for the protein factor before a workout. For those of you who prefer to get your protein from whey protein feel free to throw a scoop of high quality, organic whey powder into the mix.
