Winding down from a stressful day can be hard, most of us reach for a glass of wine, but that is not the best option. Especially when suffering from adrenal fatigue or hormonal issues. This is one of my favorite recipes.

Winding down from a stressful day can be hard, most of us reach for a glass of wine, but that is not the best option. Especially when suffering from adrenal fatigue or hormonal issues. This is one of my favorite recipes.
Ingredients
  • 8 - 12 oz chamomile tea I like to use dried chamomile flowers... For a link on how to see below
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla fresh bean. grind or let steep with the tea.
Jing herbs, add 1 - 2 tsp combined. This is individualized and done to your desired amounts.
  • he shou wu
  • schisandra
  • 1 longan dried or you may crus a fresh one.
  • 1 tsp Goji Berries dried
  • 1/2 tsp mucuna pruriens you can find it anywhere that sells Organic traditions, all known as kapikacchu powder
  • 1/4 tsp holy basil this is a key ingredient. if you cannot get powder you may use fresh. Both leaves and flowers are beneficial

Instructions
  1. Let all the ingredients steep together for 10 minutes, drink. You may add a little raw, loca, unpasteurized honey if desired. Honey has been shown to aid in sleep as well.
