When you realize you have issues such as bad digestion, skin irritations, bloating etc you likely want to know why. The food pyramid recommends the wrong things, GE products are everywhere, chemicals on all our food- how could we NOT have issues?
The first thing we need to do is see if we have intolerances. Can you handle dairy? Are you gluten sensitive? Does red meat agree with you? It’s all so mind boggling isn’t it.
